Our Quality Commitment
Every order at Natural Selections undergoes a rigorous three-point quality check before it leaves our facility. We verify seal integrity, packaging durability, and batch expiration dates to ensure you receive only the highest standard of natural health products.
1. The “Cooling-Off” Period (Your Right to Change Your Mind)
In South Africa, the law (ECT Act) gives you a 7-day “cooling-off” period.
- What this means: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide if you want to keep your purchase.
- The Catch: Because we sell health and hygiene products, we can only accept a return if the product is completely unopened, the safety seal is unbroken, and the packaging is in its original condition. * Note: You will be responsible for the courier costs to get the item back to us.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Any item where the original safety seal has been broken or tampered with.
- Opened bottles of oils, capsules, or supplements.
- Items purchased on clearance or during a “Final Sale” event.
3. How to Process a Return (Step-by-Step)
- Notify Us: Email support@naturalselections.co.za or WhatsApp +27 65 960 4647 within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.
- Send Photos: Include clear photos of the product and the courier packaging.
- Validation: Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
- Collection/Courier: * If the item is defective, we will send a courier to collect it at our expense.
- If it is a change of mind, you must arrange to send it back to our Cape Town facility.
- Inspection: Once we receive the item, we inspect the seal and condition.
- Resolution: We will process your refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
4. Defective or Damaged Goods
If your order arrived damaged or leaking:
- Please do not discard the packaging.
- We will provide a full refund or a fresh replacement at no extra cost to you, provided you notified us within the 24-hour window.
5. Protection Against Fraud
To keep our prices fair for everyone, we use “tamper-evident” marking on our shipping. If we receive a return that has been used, refilled, or intentionally damaged, the refund will be denied and the incident reported to our security team.
