1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer flat-rate R120 shipping across South Africa.

2. Order Tracking Process
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, the process is simple:
- Shipping Email: You will receive an automated email with your Tracking Number.
- Delivery Day: Our courier partners will usually send an email notification on the morning of delivery.
3. Packaging & Product Integrity
Because we ship glass bottles and sensitive oils:
- Temperature Control: We store our products in a climate-controlled environment. While in transit, we recommend being available for the first delivery attempt to ensure products aren’t left in high-heat courier vehicles for extended periods.
4. Package Collection
- Home delivery.
- If collecting we will email customer informing them that their order is ready for collection.
5. Important Shipping Terms
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for door-to-door delivery.
- Unclaimed Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was unreachable, a re-delivery fee will apply.
